Colina Secreta began with a dream: to create a place where people could reconnect with nature, slow down, and experience the magic of Costa Rica’s Caribbean rainforest.
From the beginning, we wanted to create a positive impact by supporting our local community, working with local producers, and protecting the environment. We avoid single-use plastics whenever possible and choose durable, reusable materials.
Nature conservation is also at the heart of our project. With the support of organizations such as Sloth Conservation, we plant almond trees to help protect the habitat of the endangered green macaw.
We hope your stay brings you those simple moments that make life special: tropical rain outside your window, breakfast with toucans in the trees, or simply wandering through the rainforest.
More than a hotel, Colina Secreta is a hidden sanctuary where nature, history, and unforgettable moments come together.
